So, continuing to prepare for Triangle. Arms are up, level with the ground, reaching out.
We want to be sure that the shoulder blades are on the back. That's going to create a
nice open chest and also splint the spine so that'll be long as we slide over into Triangle.
So something you might like to do as a warm up for that is to just bend the elbows and
exhale the elbows and the palms together, and inhale and bring them back into what we
call "cactus arms". So that you can feel the shoulder blades when they're flat on the back
or as you exhale the arms together, you can feel that rounded flat back and the chest
caved in. So this is not what we want. This is what we want. And from there, you can simply
reach the arms out again, feel that openness in the chest, shoulder blades firmly planted
on the back like hands on your back and then feel them drip down the back.
