Now that our chicken is marinating, we're going to make our cooking sauce for the chicken.
I'm going to come back over to the sink, and we're going to measure out a tablespoon of
water. We're going to be adding to that a tablespoon of soy sauce, a half tablespoon of vinegar, and then depending on how spicy you'd like
this, some hot sauce. I'm going to go ahead and add three squirts to it. That should give
it a nice flavor, which is hot in the back of your throat, but not at the front of your
tongue. And, kind of balance that, I'm going to add a half tablespoon of sugar. And, about
a teaspoon of cornstarch. And then, we'll go ahead and stir this, until the sugar and
the cornstarch have dissolved. And, the vinegar, soy sauce, and hot sauce are all mixed together.
