Hey guys\ I just finished Greg Plitt's workout routine\
MFT28\ Here are my final results\
Here's a picture of me\ A couple pictures of me\
Before I started\ The night before I started MFT28\
This is right before I did my first fit test\ And here I am after I finished MFT28\
So you can see that I got some results from Greg Plitt's program\
When I started out I was 184.8 pounds\ And 12% body fat\
I tested myself the same time every Monday morning first thing\
Before I did anything\ Before I ate or drank anything\
I weighed myself and tested my body fat\ I think it probably reads a little low, but
either way the numbers went down over the\ course of the program\
I started out at 184.8 and 12% body fat\ And went down to 179.8 and 8.8% body fat\
So I lost 5 pounds and 3.2% body fat\ If you actually measure the fat loss\
12% of 184.8 is 22.2 pounds of fat\ And at the end of the program it's 8.8% of
179.8 pounds\ That's 15.8 pounds\
So if you subtract the results at the end\ From how much fat I had when I started\
I lost 6.4 pounds of fat\ Since I only lost 5 pounds of total weight\'85\
Now this isn't the most scientific formula and I don't have the most sophisticated equipment
\ But it will give you a general idea of how
well the program will work\ I lost 6.4 pounds of fat and put on 1.4 pounds
of muscle\ I know a lot of guys are worried that if this
diet will burn fat it might cause muscle loss\ In this case, it appears at least, that I
didn't lose muscle but I actually put on muscle while doing it and burned a significant amount
of fat\ It might not sound like a whole lot, but here's
a little background that I didn't mention in my previous videos\
For 2 months before I started MFT28\ Every single day I was in the gym or doing
cardio\ Sometimes doing both\
7 days a week\ For two months straight\
Eating clean\ And I was just stuck at 12-13% body fat\
For whatever reason\ I couldn't move the needle\
The lowest my body fat read was 11.5%\ I just couldn't break through that plateau\
When I started Greg Plitt's workout routine\ I was just looking for a way to break through that plateau\
And I was able to get pretty substantial results\ Not only did I get below 11.5%, but I got
down to 8.8% in 4 weeks\ So I was pretty happy with that\
Now this definitely isn't for everybody\ This program..\
A - It's not for everybody to begin with\ And I'll talk a little more about what's good
and bad\ And some of the concerns that I've read on
some of these forms\ But it's definitely not a lifestyle thing
either\ It's a huge time commitment\
You're working out twice a day\ Your diet is a lose weight \
Gain muscle diet, but there's a lot of supplements involved too\
I'll talk all about that in a second\ First, I want to share my fit test results\
THis program is not only designed to burn fat and build muscle\
It's also designed to increase strength and endurance\
When I started out\'85\ There's 6 exercise\
You do each exercise for 60 seconds and see how many reps you can do\
When I stated out\ I did 40 pushups\
11 90 pound curls\ 19 dips\
11 chin ups\ 28 squat jumps\
and 34 sit ups\ After 4 weeks\
my pushups went from 40 to 68\ That was the biggest change\
14 curls \ 25 dips\
14 chin ups\ 29 squat jumps\
and\ 43 sit ups\
I was most pleased with the improvement in pushups \
that was pretty awesome\ Now let's talk about why this might be what
you're looking for and why it might not be\ There's a few reason why it's not for everybody\
One of the biggest concerns that I've seen in forums is the diet\
And actually, I wouldn't say that's the biggest problem\
You can do anything for 28 days\ It's not that big of a deal unless you 're
really against supplements\ It's not anything crazy like steroids\
You're basically doing fish oil\ multivitamin\
pre-workout\ post workout drinks\
and a shitload of protein\ It's actually not that bad\
It doesn't have an adverse effect on bowl movements\
I noticed a lot of people were worried that an all liquid diet will make their poop \
liquid\ No\
It absolutely won't\ You're body doesn't work like that\
Your body doesn't digest based on texture\ A high fiber diet is the kind of thing that
makes your poop runny\ Protein makes your poop solid\
This is a high protein diet, so your poop will be solid\
You don't have to worry about constipation or anything like that\
For the most part, you stay pretty satiated\ I didn't feel like I was hungry most of the
time\ Maybe a couple of times\
But for the most part I didn't feel like I was taxing myself too much\
This is not the worst diet I've ever done\ I've done much stricter diets before\
It wasn't really all that bad\ The price of the supplements could be an issue
because there's quite a lot of them\ But at the same time\
You have to remember that your grocery bill will drop\
Because you're only eating one solid food meal a day\
It kind of cancels out.\ The main problem I found with this workout
is the time\ MFT28 takes a tremendous amount of time out
of your day\ I'm fortunate because I work from home and
make my own schedule\ So I can work the gym routine in\
And I'm actually working on some projects in MS for a couple of months\
That's neither here nor there\ But the fact of the matter is don't have a
social life at the moment\ So I'm actually able to do this workout\
It's just a crazy amount of time\ If you have a home gym it might be one thing,\
but you have to think about driving to and from the gym twice a day\
Your workouts are going to take an hour or two\
We're talking about\'85\ depending on how fast you go through your
workouts\ You're talking about a 20 or 30 hour commitment
per week\ If you have that kind of time, go for it\
You will get results if you're cool with all the supplements\
And if you have time.. \ Go for it, because you will get results\
Now if that's not your thing\ I've got some other suggestions for you\
The first one that really solves the time thing big time\
Is something that I did about a year ago or two ago\
I was traveling a lot\ I did this program because it was too much trouble to get to a gym\
THis one's called Shapeshifter Body\ I'll put a link below\
I'll show you the members area a little bit\ It's actually an online paid program,\
It's a program that uses your body weight\ So you don't need a gym\
You can do this at home\ It outlines several weeks of workouts\
which you can do over and over again\ Each day of the week there's an outline of
your\ workout and diet\
The way it's structured is kind of cool\ Because he gives you a ton of different workouts
to do\ You get a variety of workouts to do\
It's cool because\ You get a full body workout with just\
your body weight\ You work out every muscle\
You hit every angle\ And it's all with just your body weight\
So you don't need any equipment or a gym membership or any of that\
And he outlines your whole diet for you\ I highly recommend that if times an issue
for you \ Or if you don't have access to weights or
equipment \ Deifitnitely check it out\
I'm going to show you a couple more pictures here\
Because this is key\ I actually did a diet when I finished grad
school\ I was 220 pounds\
Now I'm at 180\ I was at 220\
And that was not mostly muscle\ trust me\
Here's a picture of me around the time I graduated\ And here's a picture of me a couple months
later\ I actually got the majority of my results
in thirty days\ I lost pretty close to 30 pounds in 30 days\
in the second picture i'm pretty close to 180\
But I didn't actually document everything in the structured way that I have for Greg
Plitt's workout\ SO that's not the day after the first 30 days\
But literally I lost close to 30 pounds in 30 days\
And it was all through 100% diet\ I didn't do any exercise whatsoever\
I didn't so situps\ Cardio\
nothing\ Just purely through diet\
And I got really great results\ So I highly recommend this if you're looking
to lose weight\ And the cool thing is you don't have to give
up all the food you like\ You actually still get to eat the food you
like\ Let me just tell you\
If you do moderation\ If you get on a path where you're eating healthy
on a regular basis\ 6 days a week you're eating healthy\
on day 7 you can eat whatever you want\ trust me\
Not only can you eat it and be fine\ 1 day a week you can eat whatever you want\
you can eat pizza \ cookies\
cake \ whatever\
If you do it right\ You're gonna actually keep loosing weight\
That's what happened to me\ And the cool thing is that it improves your
mood 100% of the time\ Because your body is getting all of the nutrients
it needs\ It's not just garbage fast food and nasty
***\ It's actually getting real food and all of
the nutrients you need\ And then the 1 day a week\
Or however you do you diet\ This is just in general\
When you deprive yourself\ of junk food and eat healthy\
You're going to feel better all of the time because you're eating healthy\
And then when you do get a chance to eat the junkfood maybe 10 or 15% of the time\
You appreciate it so much more\ Just think about \
I don't know where you're at rigt now\ If you're at a point in your life where you're
just kind of eating whatever\ Then you probably have noticed that somedays
you don't know what you want\ There's so many coices but you don't really
feel like anything\ Trust me\
If you have a clean diet where you're not eating any kind of junk\
For 6 days\ try this\
6 days you have a super clean diet\ day 7 I guarantee you know exactly what you
want\ You'll have a list of everything you want\
Because all of a sudden pizza tastes delicious\ You eat pizza every day\
You get sick of it\ You eat pizza once a month\
assuming you like pizza \ you eat pizza once a month\
every first bite of a slice of pizza is the best slice of pizza you've ever had in your
life\ trust me\
So by depriving yourself of this stuff csometimes\ Not only do you appreciate it more when you
have it\ But the rest of the time you're doing something
good for your body\ Your healthy so your mood's gonna be better\
Anyway, I'm rambling\ But \

in the coming weeks\ I'm going to be traveling over the next 2
months\ So I'm not really sure\
I got great results\ And I want to maintain them\
And I want to keep getting better results\ So im not really sure what I'm going to do
yet\ But I'll check in and let you guys know any
kind of improvements\ That I've made and \
