Hi, I'm Kara Denholm on behalf of Expert Village today we're going to be making a tofu pumpkin
pie. Next, we're going to be adding the oil, we are adding a 1/4 of a cup of vegetable
oil. You want to make sure that you don't use olive oil by accident or in place of because
it's not going to give it the same flavor, vegetable oil is good for cooking. So we are
going to add this and I am using just a Smart Balance Oil to stay along with whole healthy
thing. So we add that, and again stir to combine just to make sure that everything is incorporated
all in there. It's going to be pretty soupy which is okay because it's a pie filling and
it will harden up in the oven once we bake it.
