So how are you going to implement the change?
Many organisations have been through a number
of different change programs that have worked for them for a while
and people change, other focuses come in, and
they haven't always got results.
Really work on how you're going to get the change, and how you're going
to lock it in so it flows right through to your bottom line.
So you'd look back at all the things that you would have
defined earlier, in the previous video, about what does a good solution look like,
what's a good change look like, how are you going to do it.
Now we can help people, and we do help people,
go and implement that change and lock it away.
It's worthwhile for you to spend some time and say 'okay,
what are you going to do differently, how are you going to go
about bringing this change into fruition and locking it
in so that these problems are solved forever.'
