Dear Milan, Maja, I've reread your text and it
seems to me that I understand better what you wanted to say.
There are two topics, one is the issue of social interest.
What is the social interest in culture?
And what are the criteria for defining it?
A very *** up and complicated issue
especially thinking about the role of culture in
the development of democratic society
In order to answer this question one should first
define the values of democratic society,
e.g. freedom of expression, difference, tolerance,
solidarity, social awareness, individuality, access to
information, protection of competition, equal rights
In order to enter political marketing, one should have a
clear idea and vision (program) that we advocate (fight for).
It is not necessary for us as a department to engage in
the political marketing for the entire party,
but we can engage in the marketing of the department,
which in addition to the idea requires defining the target
group, as well as the group's communication channel, or form.
What we are presently working on is defining the idea through
concrete political goals, which is the program platform.
The principles that our cultural policy is based on are
DECENTRALIZATION, EDUCATION AND INTERNATIONALIZATION.
This is something brief, and hopefully concrete enough
as a response to your text. Greetings
Dear Sir/Madam, I have received your memo and
read the text that you sent. I personally consider it very
useful and analytical because it addresses important
political phenomena and principles that often do not
receive due attention.
It is certainly not pretentious and it is in line with
the conversation that we had previously.
Its topic is one of the key phenomena and principles of
political action, but at this moment,
when the members of the Council on Culture are intensively
preoccupied and engaged in concrete election activities, it is
difficult to allocate sufficient time and attention for these topics
and the views in your text, which they undoubtedly deserve.
Almost all the current activities of the Council on Culture
are related to the election campaign, but it is my desire to still
draw the attention of other members of the Council on Culture
as well as the President if possible, to your initiative,
in the form of this text.
At this moment perhaps a text on the current issues from your
specific profession would gain the greatest attention,
especially because you share it with our President,
who is also from the world of theatric art.
In any case, I appreciate your effort and desire to collaborate
I will inform you if there are any news related to you.
Dear Maja and Milan, I read and forwarded the text.
I think that it shows that you are fully aware of the role
of "engaged people" in the concept of "engaged culture",
which is not at all similar to what it was in the service
of the previously authoritarian systems,
and which is why the strategy is not created by politicians,
but by competent people from that field, and yet
in the service of the citizens and the social community.
You have also seen Natasa's comment, so I believe that
everyone will easily recognize you on Thursday. Greetings
Maja, Milan, Of course, I read the text.
Its content will be useful in the coming days.
I think that I don't need to remind you of the ongoing
election campaign, and that all party resources are engaged.
I hope for a good result in the elections, and I assume that
only then will there be a need for your advice and opinions.
Don't worry, we're counting on you. Greetings
