My name is Nate Pave.
I'm the President of OG Distribution.
Our company makes a product called The Happy Cig.
It's a portable vaporizer.
We're based out of the Chicago land area.
Before we had Nextiva, we had Vonage.
And the call quality was not very good.
It would sound like you were sitting in a
tunnel or very far away.
With Nextiva it seems like you're always sitting in your
office in front of your phone, even if you're taking it
remotely from your cell phone.
We've been using Nextiva since 2009.
Our parent company Cig Electric
is a long time client.
And since they've had such great success, we've decided
to use it in our business as well.
Well really my favorite feature is the remote option
on the phone.
So any time I could be on the golf course or driving in my
car, and if my phone rings, and I don't recognize the
number, I pick it up, I get a recording that says press any
number to continue.
Then I know that that call is for The Happy Cig and I know
exactly how to answer.
We have sales people all over the country.
They're always running around, they're going store to store
trying to sell our product.
And they can't always be in front of a desk
to pick up a call.
They're also on the same system.
If their phone rings, they'll also have that same message to
press any number to continue.
And they know that they should answer the
phone, The Happy Cig.
Nextiva's customer service is great.
You get a dedicated rep that if you ever have an issue you
can call them.
They're always there for you and you always have somebody
that you know by first name.
We definitely consider the phone system to be the
lifeline of our business.
If we have any customer issues or we ever have a customer
troubleshooting session, we can do it from anywhere.
They can contact us at any time, we're always accessible.
