Hello I am Kyle Brayer and the next in-home chest work out will be the push-up bar neutral
grip push-up and any time you are working with your palms out in a wide grip you are
working the outside portion of your chest and a big portion of your chest and we are
going to actually shift that emphasis with the neutral grip push-up. I am using the push-up
bars here to give me a greater range of motion which allows me to come further away from
the ground and bring my chest down to the ground so I get a nice deep range of motion.
I am going to start in an easy position with my knees on the ground and I am going to come
down and bring my chest all the way to the ground utilizing these push-up bars and then
back up. Down and then back up. The more advanced version would be to be on my toes, down and
up. I am inhaling on the way down and exhaling on the way up. I am going to turn to the side.
Inhaling on the way down and exhaling on the way up. And that is the push-up bar neutral
grip push-up.
