In this pose Gina and Rissa are going to help me demonstrate a combined pose where Gina
is going to come into down dog. And Rissa is going to come into fish pose across her
back and get a really good chest opener. So Rissa we're just going to step back a little
bit and let Gina come into her down dog. Good. So Gina's feet are going to be hip width distance
apart. Good. Her shoulders are right over her wrist. Good. She's just going to inhale
and lift up just a little bit and then as she exhales she's going to curl her toes under
and press her tail bone back and lengthen through her spine. Notice how the weight isn't
over her shoulders, over her hands, that they're pressing back so she's got a really nice upside
down V. Rissa is going to come on over and place her feet in between Gina's hands. Good.
And she's just going to begin to lay back on Gina's back, giving Gina a nice stretch
for her hamstrings into her down dog. Rissa is going to get a really nice heart opener
right here opening her chest. So it's feeling good for both of their backs only in different
areas, that's all. Good. That's beautiful.
