This Information Technology Services quick video will show you how to resolve the
“Calendar Not Found/Exchange Server Unavailable” error in Outlook.
If you click on a calendar, under the "Shared Calendars" group, it may display an error about the calendar not being available.
To resolve this right click on the calendar and select the "Delete Calendar" item.
Then re-open the calendar by selecting "File" then "Open" and "Other Users' Folder."
Click on the "Name..." button and select the account from the Global Address List and re-add the calendar.
