Hi, my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, TX. On behalf
of Expert Village I'm here to show you a steak and creole gravy recipe. Let's talk a little
bit about what to serve this with. My creole roots say let's do rice. So I'm going to use
some instant rice here, don't tell anyone. I got some water boiling I'm just going to
add that instant rice into the pot you can't go wrong with this. Get it mixed up in there
put the top back on and let it sit for about five minutes and the rice will be ready. Another
thing we use to do is French bread you cut it in half toast the French bread and then
you kind of layer that steak and gravy over there and eat it on some crispy French bread.
Anyway we are going to let our rice sit here get done while our steak and gravy is continuing
to simmer over in the back over there. I'll see you back at the next step.
