Welcome to SWING PDF Converter for Lotus Notes.
In this example we'll see how to export emails into a PDF package.
This is a useful option if you wish to archive together
all emails related to a project case or a customer.
First we'll select the messages we wish to export.
We can also select entire folders if needed. Now
let's click on the PDF icon, optionally select
an alternate output format, and the export process begins.
During this process each individual message will be converted to a PDF
document.
Now that the conversion has been completed
let's take a look at the output. You can see all the exported emails in a
document view which is similar to the
view in your Lotus Notes client.
You can also sort emails by date,
subject, sender
and so on. If needed
you can switch between view layouts has fits you best.
As you browse through the emails you can see that the formatting
for each email has been preserved. The file attachments
