A multi-tasking window shortcut. Marvellous!
If you didn't already know this, the Samsung Galaxy S4 is capable of multi-tasking applications.
To turn this feature on you can go to settings and then choose the 'my device' tab, from
there select the display option and then check the Multi Window option.
Once you've done this you'll notice a small tab appear on the left side of your screen
and if you tap that it will display applications that are capable of multi-tasking.
When this tab is being displayed you can load an application by tapping on it. You can then
long press on another application and drag it onto the screen to split it in two and
display two applications at once.
You can swipe the bar in the middle of the screen to change the size of each application
on screen and use them as you normally would do.
Now this tab on the left side of screen can be become a bit of nuisance so if you want
to make it quickly disappear, simply long press the back button on your Galaxy S4 and
that will make it disappear. Long press the back button again to make it reappear.
And that, ladies and gentleman, is another simple tip to get the most out of phone.
