My name is Angela Webster. I am a Health Foodologist.
The different types of cuisine that I make are toxin free cooking and baking.
Definitely no gluten and I don't use grains anymore either. No dairy. No sugar. No soy.
Everything's organic. Nothing that's been genetically modified. So that's what I
mean by toxin-free.
In terms of raw foods, I am a certified living on life food chef. Basically, I'm a
raw food chef. Raw foods is really interesting because everyone thinks that
raw foods is like salad or fruit, they don't understand that basically anything
that you can make or eat that is conventional food, burgers, fries,
doughnuts, bagels,
any of that stuff, tacos, stir fry,
All of those things, you can create raw. So it's like gourmet raw food and raw food
just means that the fed has not been heated over 118 degrees.
So the live enzymes and
all of the
and minerals and vitamins and nutrients in the food have not been damaged
by being heated up. So, that's what raw food means.
