Blaise Pascal was a french scientist that was born on 1623 and die 1662. This french scientist discovered that pressure applied to a fluid is transmitted throughout the fluid.
Like, a real life example might be, a toothpaste tube. Like for example, when you want to put toothpaste to your tooth brush, when you squeeze the tube, the toothpaste emerges out or finds it way out from the tube and this is by pressure.
Pressure is a an amount of force per unit area. Ehhh, the pressure formula is (P), which is pressure, equals force over area. The SI unit for pressure is (Pa). What are you going to do as a demonstration?
Ahhh, yes, to demonstrate pressure, we brought a beer bottle because it's glass it is very thick and like it would break easily. Omar is going to grab the beer bottle real hard and going to use force, strong force, for the glass to break and land in here.
Why is going to break? Because when Omar is going to do this, air is inside and finds it's way out. But what it is going to do is to push water to the glass and this is why is going to break. So, if you can, try to do it as hard as you can.
