I am a lower primary teacher at this school,
I have been teaching maths, drawing and music recently.
The feedback from the children is really good.
I was a bit wary of what a camp would be like in the usual school environment.
Whether it will be very school-like or we can be more relaxed and detach from school.
I think it worked really well.
The parents also said that the children did not feel they were in a school.
They enjoyed the programs, it was all really good and it was a camp, not a school.
The colleagues who had been involved in other camps were glad to come,
they had creative ideas and thought it was important that the children feel good.
We did not have a lack of applicants.
Those who applied did so without any coercion.
It seems if the kids feel good, we feel good too.
This is what makes it worthwile to work in this camp.
