Hi all, I'm Cecile from Torchons et Serviettes (Tea-towels and napkins) blog.
Today, I ‘m showing a cake recipe with parsley, chicken and Roquefort cheese.
Ingredients needed:
150g flour,
a whole packet of yeast,
10 cl of milk,
10 cl of oil,
100g grated Comte cheese,
also 3 eggs,
30g Roquefort cheese,
a chicken breast,
salt and pepper.
We'll start by mixing the flour in a bowl with the yeast.
There are three eggs, we will add them as a whole, one by one,
and each time we will mix well, until we get a relatively homogeneous dough.
A pinch of salt,
then some pepper.
We will now just use the pan and pour everything inside, before moving on to the cooking;
the oven is preheated at 180 °.
This recipe suits perfectly a Sweet Bordeaux;
the association of the wine, especially with blue cheese has a really nice finish.
