The Alfresco Cloud Sync feature lets you or your external consultants
lets you or your external consultants
access your content, without access to your enterprise network.
Once you’re administrator has switched on the Cloud Sync feature

You can create a link from your enterprise site
to your cloud account, to enable cloud sync.
To link your site to the cloud, open the user menu on the toolbar and click My Profile.
Now click Cloud Sync, and then Sign in to Alfresco in the Cloud.
Enter the email and password you use to sign into your cloud account
then click Connect.
And if you haven’t set up a cloud account yet, then you can click the option here,
to sign up for one for free.
And that’s it! You can now share your content on Alfresco in the cloud.
