OK, next we'll add our stick sound. Stick sound is this, or rim shot. I don't know what
this sound would be labeled under your software plug-in or sound module, but this is like
a rim shot or click stick sound. And we're going to implement this sound on the, when
we begin with the first measure, it will hit on the two and the four. And then in the second
measure it will hit on the and of four. So if I play it, it's going to sound like this:
and, two, four, four and five, two, three, four, six, four and two, four, OK? So let's
go ahead and lay that one down real quick. Highlight your MIDI track. Go ahead and record.
One, two, four, two. Four and three, two, three, four, four. Four and, OK you can stop
it. Quantize it, you can line it up, and go ahead and listen to it real fast to make sure
it sounds close to being what you want it to be. OK, and after you do that, go ahead
and go into your MIDI key editor, open her up, line them up and then we can move on.
