I think that the biggest benefit is quality. The fewer people that you have working, the
fewer mistakes are made. One of our benefits is that as our project manager and our upper
manager team have spent time in the field, we've developed a robust problem solving ability
and coupled with our nature of being a lean, mean type of an organization, we solve problems
quickly and we don't overburden projects with unnecessary staff. That, coupled with our
software design tools; our project management tools; enable us to generate a project delivered
on time, within budget with a fewer number of people.
