Shell the chickpeas and put it in a food processor. By shelling the chickpeas it becomes smooth and tastes good.
Also add sesame paste, garlic, cumin, olive oil, salt and squeeze a lemon juice. Blend it in a food processor till the paste becomes smooth.
Add chickpeas soup you have put aside to the paste so that you can adjust how firm you want your dip to be. Flavor it with salt and your dip is finished.
Put cream cheese, greek yogurt, feta cheese, artichoke, dried tomato, dried basil, salt & pepper in a food processor.
Just flick the switch on and your dip is finished!
Cut avocado and remove the outer skin.
Blend Greek yogurt, fresh dill, lemon juice in a food processor.
Flavor it with salt & pepper and your paste is finished!
Slice and fry your favorite fruits and vegetables. Remove the oil from your chips by us-ing paper towel and enjoy it with your dip as a snack.
