We have taken the preparation to make the Chicken Biriany
To cook chicken Biriyani take 400 grams fine rice cleaned and washed.
We took 1kg chicken. Washed and marinated for 3 hours with 2 table spoon lemon juice, 200 gm non sweet curd, paste of ginger 2 tsp, onion 4 tsp garlic 1 tsp,
add some onion fry and nuts paste.
Fruther we need one cup finely chopped onion, 3/4 bay leaves cinamon 2/3 pcs and cardamon 6/7 pees.
ow move to burner to excute this simple but tasty cooking.
to cook, Pour 4/3 cup of oil in a frying pan.
We will add handful amount of chopped onion, and let it be brown
Now we will add bay leaves and cinnamon and coriander
When the onions are almost brown put the marinated chicken
Mix it well
As it is framed chicken it wont take long time to cook.. it may take around 10 to 15 mins
We will add four green chili full.
We have added some salt while marinating. but still we will put some more.
Add 4 green chili
Its very simple one without much spices
keep it under the cover for approximately 15 mins in slow flame. Salt should be added as you want.
In the meantime lets fry the rice to mix
Add 2 tsp oil
rest of the chopped onion, fry for one and half mins.
after it being brown
Place the rice
put some kismis and mixed it well
Take one rice cooker pot put this rice and chicken mixed
mixed it well before putting it in the rice cooker
now adding 2 cups of warm water in the rice cooker pot
Lets put it in the rice cooker in cooking mode
We can have them with some gravy chicken and Salad
