Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Tx on behalf
of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole shrimp sausage recipe. Our next herb that
were going to use is some fresh thyme nice thing about it you just have to pull it down
and the leaves will come right off for you. And this just like our other herbs if you
want to use dry feel free I'm trying to get all the stems out and just use basically the
leaves. Once again you just pull downward on the stem and the leaves come right off
can you smell this. It's going to add a nice little flavor to it to our sausage, just use
a couple of these, get these little leaves together here in a pile. I'm just running
my knife through it and I'll take out any big stems that I come across, together here
in one little pile
and
here we have our thyme we'll move on to our next step.
