DENISE BENNET: Hello, my name is Denise Bennet, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village.
As you can see, this is nice now, we're going to go ahead and put in the sesame. It's sesame
flakes, actually. I want to go in and put that in, and that's really going to help keep
the cracker together. Okay. Nope we don't have everything in but we're getting close.
The date is going to be a little bit of effort, because it's a Majule and it's perfect. So,
it's nice and sweet, and very chewy and just a little bit hard to get it spread. I want
it spread throughout the cracker, so I've got to make some, some work for myself to
do that, otherwise, you can pick a date that is not quite, maybe not quite as fresh, and
not quite as sweet, but who wants that. So, we're going to work a little bit at it here.
Look at that, isn't that beautiful? My god. That beet is going to make a beautiful pink
cracker. That's nice. It's just appetizing, you know, I mean it's going to taste good,
that's a given, but isn't it nice to look good too. Okay, we're almost done with this
cracker, and in fact, I'm not sure if the one I have is pink, that's in there. Okay,
a little bit of cinnamon, and how about--yeah, let's do some coconut. Now, as I said before
this cracker is a raw cracker, but my supplier on this--I just go to the regular store here,
people making this dried coconut, are probably drying it above 115. So, if you can live with
that, great and if you can't, you can dry it yourself, in a dehydrator, buy a young
type coconut. Or maybe just, I'm sure that somebody is drying it at a lower temperature
and probably not going to be in any of the stores, you're going to have to find it online
probably. So, it just depends on where you at, if it's super important to you to go 100%
raw. For me, I go raw as often as I can, and with my raw foods, maybe 99% is going to be
raw, and that's fine with me. So it's a personal choice. Okay, so this sweet cracker, I believe,
we got everything in it. And this is the breakfast cracker that we're going to have, okay. And
that's it right there, we're going to go ahead and put this in the dehydrator.
