We know now the experience of the students from Madrid of the San Isidro high school
who have taken part in cultural exchanges with Germany, France and other countries
During one week they live with families
and besides they learn lenguages, and attention because the programs
are for free
San Isidro is one of the oldest schools of Spain which now opens to new times
In the San Isidro High School can be studied French
as well as English and Geman, three languages which the students practice in the native countries
We usually stay in the host countries
from seven to nine days
The students spend there one week living in a family
Besides usual exchange programs there are now european agreements The trips of the Comenius projects
are free for the students
Nowadays the students have two exchanges per year
Two months ago I went to Paris
I`m going to Berlin We went to Niza
I was in Lyon twice, one of them with Comenius,
We have also been to Turkey
I went to Turkey
First I`m going to Italy, to Cagliari
Sometimes we make jokes and we say that this is more a travel agency than a high school
Exchanges which are very useful
We notice an importante change in the students
after a week abroad
living with the families and how they go forward in the learning
It helps and it gets easier
The languages improve and they learn something different
At home we had to take the shoes off before coming in
In Niza, most of the people had yatches
and they had luxurious things
They come back
with a whole bunch of new experiences
without forgetting that there is time for everything
Guys are good-loocking 8-(
