Namaste! I'm Sonia Goyal. I welcome you in my kitchen. Today, I'm preparing Rajasthani Gatta Pulao.
Gatta Pulao will prepare in three steps. In first step, we will prepare Rajasthani Gatta with Gram flour. In second step, we will prepare rice. And, in third step, our Gatta Pulao will prepare.
We need Gram flour, Salt, Red chili powder, Garam masala, edible oil and water to prepare Gatta.
First of all, we will mix all the spices and edible oil in Gram flour.
Then, we will make dough from this mixture by adding water in required quantity.
Now, we will make its rolls and keep aside.
Now, we boil some water in a pan, and put our gram flour rolls in this boiling water, and let these rolls boil for 15 minutes on medium flame with covered lid.
After 15 minutes, we will take out these rolls and cut in 1/2 inch thick pieces.
Now, we will cook rice.
We need Basmati rice, Cumin seeds, Fresh green chili, Turmeric powder, Salt, Cumin seeds powder, Cloves, Black pepper whole, Black cardamom and edible oil.
First of all, we will boil rice in a pan with salt and turmeric powder.
Then we will heat one tea spoon oil in a pan.
Add all the spices in it.
We also add Rajasthani Gatta pieces in it and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
Finally, we add boiled rice in these spices. Mix the rice gently. Take away this Pulao from flame, and keep it covered for few minutes so that our Pulao will absorb the aroma of the spices.
OUr delicious Rajasthani Gatta Pulao is ready.
