Stay motivated and fit with the S Health app
on your Samsung Galaxy S 4 from MetroPCS.

S Health is an app that can help you manage your health
by letting you set fitness goals, check your progress
and keep track of your overall health.
To begin, touch Apps from any home screen.
Then touch the S Health app.
Read the welcome screen, and touch Next to continue.
Read the terms of use, and if you agree
check all three boxes next to agree, and touch Next.
Enter your information to build your profile.
When complete, touch Start.
The Health Board gives you a quick view of your calorie intake
and calories burned.
Touch the Calorie intake icon to enter a meal into the food tracker.
To add food information, touch the add meal icon.
Next, touch the drop-down box to select your meal.
For example, breakfast.
Then touch "Add food information" to search for the food you want to add.
And select it from the list.
Touch the bowl icon on the food item to change the serving size.
Choose the size of the portion, and touch OK.
You can keep a record of your food by adding a photo as well.
Touch Done when finished.
Now to keep track of the steps you take
touch the S Health icon in the upper left corner.
Then touch Walking mate.
Next, just touch Start, place your phone in your pocket
and your Galaxy S 4 will keep track of your steps for you.
