On behalf of Expert Village my name is Elizabeth Muller and today we're making Chicken Fricassee
Spanish Style. I've cut them up real small, I'm still chopping here. Notice I put the
onions, green peppers and the red peppers together, chopping it up like this. OK, nice
amount here. This looks like a cup full of vegetables. I'm going to go ahead and now
take my tomato sauce. We'll leave that aside here for a minute. Take the tomato sauce and
open it up and place it in the pot. We can use different styles, different types of pots
for this meal. Spanish people cook in dutchy pots, we cal them dutchy pots. This is one
of them here. There's large ones that we do use. I'm going to cook it in this regular
pot here. But, a dutchy pot is heavy and thick and again, we use it a lot for our cooking.
Now we 'll use this one today. Place this in here.
