Hi, I'm Andy from Three, and in this video, I'll show you
how to move your contacts from your old BlackBerry to your new BlackBerry.
The first thing you need to do is make sure you have
the latest version of BlackBerry® Desktop Software installed on your computer.
You can download this for PC or Mac by going to blackberry.com/desktop
Follow the instructions to install the software.
Connect your old BlackBerry to your computer with the USB cable.
Click Device, then click Switch devices.
Click the picture of your current BlackBerry.
Click the Device data check box to transfer everything from your device.
And select the third-party applications check box to transfer any apps
that are compatible with your new BlackBerry.
Click Next.
When the transfer's finished, you can disconnect your BlackBerry.
Connect your new BlackBerry to your computer.
Once you've done this, click Next, and then click the icon for your new phone.
Your contacts and any other data will now be transferred to your new phone.
You can put your SIM card into your new BlackBerry and it's ready to use.
