Since we are going to be baking our chicken after we sautee it we are going to turn our
oven on to 375 and our chicken is actually going to need a sauce for it so we are going
to go ahead and start our vegetable stock and we are going to measure out two cups of
water and bring this back to our burner and turn that up to about 8 and cook a tablespoon
of our vegetable stock. It is very sticky so we are going to stir and *** until it
comes off and then when it does we are going to smash it up against the side to help it
break down. After it comes to a boil we will smash it again to make sure that all the chunks
are gone. While we are waiting for that to cook we are going to take our front burner
and we are also going to turn that up to 8 and then we are going to heat a tablespoon
of oil. While we are waiting for our oil to heat we are going to take our chicken and we are going to coat it with some salt
and pepper
and then we are going to pour out some flour on to a plate and then we are going to take
our chicken and dredge it through the flour.
