For the first two weeks after the hair transplant
the little follicles in the scalp are vulnerable
so we asked patients to be incredibly careful
not to rub their head. They can shower
the next day
but they can pat the scalp but not rub it.
After fourteen days
the roots are ancored underneath the skin
and they're there permanently for the rest of your
life so even if you do rub or scrub your
head after fourteen days they will not be shifted. The little pieces of hair will
fall out but the roots are permanentely embedded.
