Hi! I'm Brenda F. Dixon, the owner of Life Help Now in Nashville, Tennessee, and we're
here today with Expert Village. Our topic is how to overcome fear, and I've been giving
you a few hints, a few tips, on how to overcome it. One of the hints that I would like to
give you is associate with people that are positive thinkers. Sometimes people that have
fear have such an input of negative thinking, that it just paralyzes them. It just keeps
them frozen in a position that's not comfortable. Begin to hang out, associate with people that
have positive attitudes, and you'll begin to immolate what they're doing. It's really
fun to be around people that see the good side of life, so start to see the good side
of life and just be free, totally released from fear that begins to trap you, hold you,
and paralyze you in a very uncomfortable way. I would tell you to seek these people out.
Get close to them, talk to them on the phone, write letters to them, begin to associate
in way that you can start to see how it is they treat their lives so that they are positive.
You can learn to be positive also. To overcome fear, another component of it, is to get with
people that know how to think positively and act positively in their life.
