learned from the customers.
And then they themselves are holding themselves accountable
to create a better product.
Because word of mouth rules in today's economy, the companies
are going to start recognizing that it's really about our
product and service.
And they're going to amplify what their customers are
saying about the product and service.
And use that as the center point of
their marketing strategy.
