bjbj The Worst Ab Exercises To Ever Do Mike Chang: Yo, what s up guys? This is Mike Chang
of sixpack shortcuts. In this video, I am going to talk to you about the worst ab exercise
to ever do. And if you want to go ahead and get nice six pack, nice waistline stay away
from these exercises very simple I talked about one of the other videos before. The
ab exercise that you want to stay away from is anything that works your obliques okay
your sides. The reason why if you are not super ripped if you have if you are not weigh
under 10% body fat, you should not working out this muscle at all because it will got
to make you look fatter, okay? Now, the reason why is because you have muscle underneath
right here, okay? And if you work on it and you are not super ripped this is going to
pushing your love handles out and it is going to make your waistline look like this and
it s going to come out right there on the bottom. Now guys you already know that they
are super tough to get rid of that last bit of fat around your belly bottom or slightly
under your belly bottom because that s the last place on your body that your body is
going to go ahead and get rid of fat. So you can be lean, everywhere else and the last
place that you are going to lose fat would be right here, okay. And just not in the front
of your belly bottom, all the one side too. So last thing you want to do is go ahead and
build a lot of muscle here on the side and push it out and make it look even bigger than
what it is. Because what s going to happen is you are going to look lean everywhere else
you can have abs right here and then on the side you can have botch, okay? Not if you
are like at you know, 5% body fat or 6% your body fat that s cool because you don t know
how much fat on there show anyways. But for the majority of the guys out there including
myself because I made of 5% body fat, okay? But majority of guys including myself if you
are not that low in body fat don t work on this, okay? It just going to make it look
worse because right now I don t have I never really work on it at all there maybe once
in a while I am doing exercise here and there just to show somebody how to work on it but
I suggest not building that muscle at all because just going to make your waistline
look bigger. And if you look a waistline a lot smaller here and I still have some fat
right here trying to get rid of, okay? But once I get rid of these you know if I want
to sustain a 5% body fat body then I might suggest you know, hey then I will start working
on it. But honestly it s pretty hard to stay that low in body fat year around and I am
pretty happy what I am at right now. So I just don t train on it, okay? So this way
are you are going to go ahead and losing thing from not training on it really unless you
are an athlete unless you are using you are building your body for performance specific.
You know, if you are playing some type of sport, if you need to have a lot of core strength
which is you know really necessary for lot of performance sports then you know work on
everything because you got to get your body lot stronger and it just not about looking
good anymore, you know, you got to perform. But for all you guys out there, that aren
t professional athletes you are working out because you wanted to healthy you going to
be fit and you know you want to look good and you want to have nice waistline, I suggest
not working on this muscles at all and you are not going to find that you are going to
be really much weaker or anything like that. You know, my lifts are really strong and I
am good in I don t ever work on this at all, okay? This way keeps your waistline as small
as possible and one day when you are lean up if you decide you are want to work on them
more power to you. Until then stay away from those exercises. Hope this tips help. For
