Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we're going to make Cajun Grillades in a red
gravy sauce. We have our top round steak which is really inexpensive cut as I said before.
About a two dollar a pound not bad it's not great for grilling or anything like that but
it's really great for slow cooking in a pan so this an awesome meat for that. It has a
lot of flavor into it and we want to season it with salt and pepper pretty generously.
You can also sprinkle it with kosher salt you can see this grinder pushes about the
same size of that so be generous with this at this point, also get some pepper grind
that. Then you kind of want to press it in and we want to do that other side as well
we'll start with the pepper and grab our salt again. It looks like a lot of salt but it
really won't be and there's your seasoning.
