Hello and welcome
to another New York Habitat
vacation rental video tour.
Our tour today takes us to a one bedroom apartment
located on the Ile Saint-Louis.
This beautiful island neighborhood
in the heart of Paris offers a village-like feel
along with fantastic boutique shopping
and restaurants.
This apartment is located on the 2nd floor
(3rd floor in the US)
of a 19th century walk up building.
Let's check it out!
Upon entering the apartment,
you will find a desk
containing a number of Paris guides
at your disposal.
Beyond the entryway,
you will find a very spacious living room.
This furnished living area
is equipped with a dining table and chairs and a TV.
The three large windows in this room
not only bring natural light to the space
but also give you a view of the courtyard.
Also in this room, behind a folding screen,
you will find a double size bed.
The small bedroom in this apartment
is furnished with bunk beds.
The bathroom in this apartment
is equipped with a shower.
Next is the kitchen.
This fully equipped kitchen
has all amenities needed for preparing meals,
including a coffeemaker and a toaster.
Of course dishware and utensils are provided.
Ideal for a small group staying in Paris,
this apartment is located in a very picturesque
and renowned neighborhood.
Let's go explore!
Coming out of the building
you'll find the Seine River in front of you.
Along the banks of the Seine
are some of the most prestigious homes in Paris.
This is the perfect place to take a leisurely stroll
or even have a picnic.
Head over to the neighboring Ile de la Cité
and you'll find the world famous
Notre Dame de Paris.
It's one of the most beautiful
gothic structures in the world.
It is in this church that Victor Hugo's,
the hunchback of Notre Dame was born.
Be sure and check out the Hôtel de Ville de Paris,
the majestic, richly decorated city hall of Paris.
This building houses Paris' local administration
and also serves as a reception venue
for state officials.
Just behind the Hôtel de Ville
is the beautiful église Saint Gervais.
This church dates back to 1621
and is one of the oldest churches in Paris.
It's a must see!
