Hi, this is Matt on behalf of Expert Village and today I'm going to show you how to make
arroz con pollo, Spanish chicken and rice. Okay, what we are going to do now, we?re going
to take our chicken stock which is 32 ounces and that's 4 cups. I'm going to pour this
into this bowl, this is actually 32 ounces right here. I'm going to pour this chicken
stock into this bowl, like so, we're going to take some oregano, just a couple of pinches,
and a couple of pinches of salt, and lets not forget our tomatoes, put that in there
and lets just give that a stir, That was about a cup of tomatoes by the way. Now we are going
to add this to our chicken and rice.
