The Plot and word of Theater play
The play is adapted from the works of "Jarab Al-Badlisi." "Sharaf Khan Bidlisi" is a Kurdish
historian, writer, and port, (1543-1603) and the author of the history book "Sharafnama"
which is mainly on Mesopotamia and Kurdistan history.
The play's plot is as follows:

A young girl walking on the street talking on her mobile. Tow young boys passing by her
and flirting with her, at this moment the girl drops a pen but she continues walking.
A young child is playing and wandering on the same street, then je finds the pen that
was dropped from the girl. He tried to draw something on a board on the street. As he
starts to draw (Peace Campaign Logo), those two young boys who were there preventing him
to draw it, hurting him, and erasing what he has drawn and drawing other shapes. At
the same time while the young child is on the ground, a person of prestige and respect
wearing Kurdish Custom is entering the scene and he has a bag full of gifts. As he enters,
the two bad boys feel frightened and the young child stands up wondering and says:
The Words of The Peace Theater Play:
The child: who are you? Bidlisi: Me...!
The Child: Ah you are Pope Noel Bidlisi: no ... no...
The Child: then, who are you? Bidlisi: I am Bidlisi.
The Child: Bidlisi...! Bidlisi: Sharaf Khan Bidlisi, a Kurdish Historian
and author of "Sharafnama" The child: so you are not Pope Noel and you
don't have gifts for me...! Bidlisi: I am not Pope Noel, But I do have
brought gifts for you.. And for all children of the world...!
Today is the peace day, the safety day, A day where we call in it No to War, No to
injustice... No to repression and exploitation... Come closer my son... don't be afraid come...
Come closer... I have come with the message of happiness,
of love, of faith... I am the voice of freedom my son and your
gift is here... Bidlisi gives the gift to the child. The gift
is a drawing of Peace Day Logo, the child shows the drawing to the audience and says:
Child: Oh my God...! Oh My God..! I was just trying to draw this there...!
Bidlisi: Let's go my son and make peace... (That is how the play was adapted under the
name "Let's make peace together") After tha, the child and Bidlisi hang the
drawing on stage, so the other two bad boys wonder that and ask the child about this person
by motions. Then the child explains to the two bad boys the Bidlidi Character and then
Bidlisi come closer to the two bad boys, and gives them gifts and white roses as symbols
of peace. Finally, a cheerful music is played in the background announcing the end of the
injustice and the start of Peace, and the child along with the two bad boys start dancing
and showing their happiness in the Peace Day 21.09.2013.
