I was driving down the road one day and I was thinking what do we call
this service we want to offer and I said well what are we trying to do here
and it just hit me. We're trying to get our clients
back to their business, back to what they do best.

My computers crashed, my network just crashed,
we just got hacked, our virus
software is way out of date and we just figured that out.
We just had an employee leave
and it wasn't pleasant, now how do we protect ourselves. These are common
problems that
businesses have across the country and we know how to take care of their problems.
Our job is to make sure that we are bringing in the technology
and the business practices that go along with their business and ensure that
everything melts together.
To improve their business, to give them a competitive edge,
help them save money, help them make money and what we're good at doing
is giving them the technology, supporting that technology,
to help their business rattle and hum. Understanding business
is really us going into
the company and sitting down with people and saying where are your problems,
where are your shortcomings, where are the areas that
you think need improvement? We really understand that
business is the most important part of our customer.
If we don't address their business and we only try to address
generic I.T. needs, we're not building the right solutions for the customer.
There's a lot of little intangibles that set us apart, it's the communication,
it's the integrity and it's the
the trust that we have. We are considered part of a family
to some of our clients. That, I think, sets us apart because they know that
our interests are to make sure their interests are okay.
We want to make sure that their business is available at all times and that we're
doing what's best for them.
We're very technically savvy but once again, what we do is we look at the
client's
business further and determine exactly how
technology can support it. What distinguishes Back to Business I.T., which
differs from a lot of other I.T. companies out there, it's
simply our people. You know, we have the best people. They've got all of
the certifications, they're personable, they're friendly, they're knowledgeable
and without them our company wouldn't exist.
First value we have is keeping our integrity and our ethics.
Second value is making sure we focus on the
clients business. Third value,
making sure that we are partnering with a client;
making sure that we are with them
lockstep, shoulder to shoulder, to help them solve their problems.
Success for us, is making sure that we are
adhering to our values taking care of our clients
and going home at night knowing that we've done a great job. Our customers
always have to be right and our job is to make sure
that they're making the right decisions. Because we want them to be informed so
when they say if something can be done
we usually will find a way to get it. A lot of customers will come to us with
grand ideas
of deployments that they think will make their business so much better.
Sometimes there's a little communication that maybe needs to be done and that's
why we
speak into terms that they can understand. I always call
it, I'll put it in layman's terms for them. It's our job to sit back and analyze all the
solutions and all the options
to help them understand if that is the right decision to be making.
We'll tell them honestly what we think because
that's what they need to hear and we'll do what is best for them
knowing that interest. Maybe what they have as a goal in mind doesn't work
but we'll find out way to help them understand what they need
and make sure that they are right. My favorite story that I have
from the business that we have been in since 1993
isn't one story, it's a bunch of stories.
Whenever I get a phone call, an email, a letter
from a client saying, my gosh,
I wish that I had hired you guys a long time ago,
When a customer calls me and tells me
that they're satisfied, we've done our job.
