We now have some stories listed in PageZephyr, or documents - excuse me - in this left window.
How do I combine content from different documents? I'm going to select two (2) documents and
combine some pieces of them together here in the right window which is call the Storyboard
Window. First, I need to click on the disclosure triangle, so I can see which stories are in
the document - I'm going to select these two (2) documents. Next, I'm going to select my
first story by just clicking on it and the content is shown up here. And then now to
add other stories I just hold down the Command or the Apple key and click on the other stories
that I'd like to combine. I now have five (5) stories from two (2) different documents
in my Storyboard Window and I can start editing those. I'm just going to type 'blue derby
wearing the brown fox' and we'll just flip it around a bit here - cut that - I'll paste
it up here. So it should be the 'brown fox wearing the blue derby' but this is an upside
down world.
I'm just doing normal copy and paste routines here.
And very quickly, I've combined content from different documents into new content which
I can now Save as .rtf (rich text format), or .txt (text), or export to my personal PageZephyr
website.
