In this training video, we will show you how to review your test results in the EC-Series Analyzer.
Reviewing Test Results on site allows you to take immediate action after the test.
Please consult the EC-Series Analyzer Users Manual for more information.
From the main menu, use the up and down keys to select TEST RESULTS, and press Enter.
The analyzer will then displays the 'Results: Select Site' screen
This screen lists all the sites with Test Results sorted by Company and Region.
Select the site where you want to review the String Test Results.
You can use the function F2 to delete all the test results of the site
or view the Strings by pressing Enter.
The following screen lists all the Strings in the selected Site with Test Results.
Select a string with the up and down keys.
You can use the function F2 to delete all the test results associated to the String.
Or press Enter to view the available test Results.
The next screen lists per Test Date all the available Test Results of the Selected String.
Use the up and down keys to select the Test Date.
Once again, you can delete the selected dataset with the function F2.
Or press enter to review the Test Results.
The following screen presents the general results in terms of pass/warn and fail for the batteries,
as well as the Strap if they were measured.
By pressing the Function F2,
you can access the String Configuration used for collecting the test data.
You can only review the Test Configuration.
You can select F3 to enter installation and manufacturing dates of the batteries.
Please watch EC-TC-3 for more details on this function.
Press F1 to return to the main screen.
Select a battery and press Enter.
The screen now displays the individual results of the selected item.
The selected item is indicated in the header.
The rest of the screen lists the results and diagnosis for voltage, Impedance and CELScan values,
as well as the Pass/Warn/Fail status for each test parameter.
You can use the function F2 to review the alarms, return to the menu with F1,
or enter optional information and review the temperature data by pressing F3.
To check the temperature entered during the test for each battery, select TEMPERATURE.
Note that you cannot edit the temperature since they are part of the dataset.
Press F4 to return to the Datalog screen.
Specific gravity is available in function of the battery type.
You can enter or modify the specific gravity of the batteries.
Use the alphanumeric keypad to enter the values.
Save, copy or cancel the changes using the F keys.
In Additional Information, you will be able to enter Float Voltage and Curent,
as well as the Test Operator.
Use the keypad to populate these 3 optional fields.
When finished, save the changes with F2.
Return to data logging screen with F1.
Press F1 again, and you will return to the individual battery test results.
You can switch from this item to the next or previous ones by using the up and down keys.
When finished, use the F1 key to return to the previous menu.
Or to select another String to review the results.
