How our support staff are trained Sam Shaw
Training as an accounts technician takes about 13 weeks. It’s a combination of classroom
based training and coaching on the actual phones. We cover everything from double entry
bookkeeping, right up to flat rate schemes and that sort of thing.
Jason McGorrell The training starts off in the classroom learning
about installations and PC’s and computers then we’re on the phones for two weeks with
customers on installation issues and PC’s themselves, then it’s back into the classroom
for 4 weeks of intense bookkeeping and accountancy training and 5 weeks back on the phones and
then we complete our training from there. We’re then left alone on the phones with
support from senior technicians.
