How To Lose Stomach Fat. Quick Tip # 7. Mountain Climbers. Okay so Mountain climbers are a
type of exercise, that works out the entire body but really focuses on the core. The best
part is that you can do this exercise from home and still get an intense workout! To
start get in an "inclined" push-up like position and hold that plank.
First "drive" your right knee up to the chest while your left leg is still stationary. Then bring your opposite
knee to your chest "alternating legs"...(If that sounds confusing just Google mountain
climbers). Make sure to keep your core tight and do
30-60 second sets. Trust me you will feel the burn! If you combine this with a few other
fat burning exercises like jump rope, planks, push-ups etc. you will see great results.
As always make sure you are eating a high-protein and low-carb diet and drink lots of water!
