This next drill is called the Heismann Agility Drill. I just like that, the way that it looks,
and as a pro-basketball player, some things look like football drills and some things
can apply as a professional basketball player, but this Heismann Drill really keeps your
legs strong and it helps you with the cut back moves, okay. I will demonstrate it two
times; slow and then fast.
What you want to do is you want to go, in-in, out, in-in, out, in-in, out, in-in, out, in-in,
out, in-in, out, in-in, out, in-in, out; backwards.
So, as you can see, with this drill, it really gets your legs strong. As a pro-basketball
player, you need strong legs. Now, I'll do it in fast motion. The Heismann; agility,
strong legs, cutting back and forth, quick moves. As pro-basketball player, once again,
