we're going to talk about how to increase your serotonin levels to lose weight. Serotonin
might be one of the most important brain neurotransmitters that we have, and it helps us to reduce our
cravings, so if our neurotransmitter levels are low; our serotonin, then we have more
cravings for things like food, alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs like that, so we definitely
don't want to have low neuro serotonin levels, and the best ways to increase them are number
one, to exercise. That is the quickest way to increase your serotonin levels. Another
way nutritionally to do the same thing is to increase your protein, so getting more
protein throughout the day will help you increase your serotonin levels. Part B to that recommendation
is to make sure that you have good digestive health, because that's where your neurotransmitters
