Hi I'm Karen for Expert Village, now we are going to frost the top of the cake. Again
we are going to use a generous amount of frosting and if it is no much you will take it off
later. I have a little dent on the top we will just fill that right in with frosting
no one would notice. Take the large spatula and just push that frosting towards the edge.
Again with a motion back and forth, edge to edge, back and forth and just push that frosting
right out to the center to the edge. Notice that I never frost from the cake over, always
from frosting to frosting.
Okay don't worry about it being messy we are going to smooth it out in a minute. Okay we
go one more time around to smooth the sides and to build up our lip. Oops I took a little to much off.
