Now that the tomato paste and balsamic have been incorporated, we are going to add our
rice. And we are going to let that toast for just a second. Move it all around to the vegetables.

this another stir to get all of our things down from the side of the pot. Also, to make
sure everything is incorporated. I want to bring this to a boil. And while we are waiting
for that, I want you to trim the edges off our zucchini. We are just going to slice very
thin pieces.
