>> Getting checked for colon cancer might not top your list of fun activities,
Bum party at Neil’s – you’re invited.
Hahaha
As a survivor, I’m living proof that when you’re cancer is caught early enough, there’s
a 90% chance of being cured.
Woohoo – I like those numbers!
Ever heard of a Fecal Occult Blood Test?
I know it sounds totally creepy, but it’s actually really simple and you can use this
card in the convenience of your own home.
All you need to do is follow three simple steps
Collect, Place, Send
Number one, collect samples from the toilet. Woohoo – get your hands in there.
No, actually it’s very easy and the instructions make it very clear.
Number two, place the samples in the test foil package.
Three, you get to mail your poop.
Send it along in the self-addressed postage paid envelope.
If your 50 – 74, with no symptoms, no family history, it’s the safest way to detect colorectal
cancer early.
Don’t be scared about what might be hiding in your colon,
just check it out.
