Today I'm going to review the Venus Factor Diet System
This is a fantastic system that I purchased
Just to give you a little bit of a backup story I am a mom to two kids
and after my second I had this
stubborn 10-15 pounds that would not come off, I mean I tried
a lot of fad diets and different kinds of exercise and
nothing was really effective with the last ten-pounds. I heard about the Venus System
kind of looked into a little bit was skeptical there's a lot of
reviews flying around the net from people that I'm not quite sure
if they even used it themselves, but I thought I would give it a shot
so I got it, I used it, it's a 12-week program
I stuck to it and I saw really fantastic results
so I'm here to share them with you today. So some things that I actually love
about the Venus System
is first of all, it's flexible. I've tried a lot of diets
where they've virtually eliminated food groups so you end up being
carb deprived or sugar deprived and you're kind of like going up and down
on this roller coaster. With the Venus diet
there's flexibility in terms of foods you can still enjoy the foods
you're having now which I think is so rare to find
in a diet but the good thing that comes out of that is that it's sustainable.
This is something that's very, very practical
Secondly the support system. There is such a
community of women that are also doing the Venus Diet and you really feel
that encouragement and support
around you while you're doing it so there's access to
the support groups there.
Thirdly, it's complete. So not only do you have the diet
and the exercise program they also offer you
virtual tools that are really helpful and it makes it really seamless and easy
for you to follow
And lastly, my favorite is
they teach you that it's a lifestyle mindset
so it's no longer a diet where once you're done your twelve weeks
you're done and the weight's going to come back. They really walk you
through how this becomes
practically a part of your life so that you're able to sustain
the weight loss that you've experienced and you can take the tools
and everything that you learn for this to begin this healthy lifestyle
and continue it on past the 12 weeks.
Probably the only criticism for the Venus Diet System is
that there's a lot of content to sift through
so all in all when you get the whole package collectively there's probably
over 200 pages
of materials to go through and as a first time dieter
if this is something you are doing for the first time it's probably a little overwhelming
to process through all the information, but I would really
encourage you to do it. It's worth the time
to sit and sift through everything, all the materials that they provide you
