Slice the Bagel equally in half and place into the toaster.
In the meanwhile finely chop the Dill.
You can use whole slices of Smoked Salmon later, but we prefer to manually slice it into 1cm slices for easier assembly and eating (it's a matter of preference).
Spread the Cream Cheese on the toasted Bagels.
Layer the Smoked Salmon on the Bagels and the scatter the chopped Dill on top.
Squeeze Lemon juice and sprinkle on freshly ground Black Pepper.
You can eat this open, but we prefer it like was historically eater: Closed. Eat Immediately whilst the Bagel is hot and the Cream Cheese and Smoked Salmon is Cold.
